City of Onkaparinga’s Australia Day Family Fair & Fireworks.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extreme heat forecast with temperatures expected to exceed 40°C, likelihood of a total fire ban, and feedback from event partners, the difficult decision has been made to cancel the Australia Day Family Fair and fireworks on Monday 26 January 2026.

Join the City of Onkaparinga for a fun Australia Day evening filled with an assortment of activities designed for the whole family’s enjoyment.

They have an exciting entertainment line up planned, with Troi Tyrell playing acoustic versions of the tunes you know and love. And they’re thrilled to be joined by Full Circle, the ultimate versatile cover band. With decades of experience and boundless energy, they know exactly how to get every crowd on their feet and moving.

Indulge in scrumptious food and delectable treats offered by a diverse range of vendors. Delight your little ones with engaging children’s activities and be entertained by live performances throughout the evening.

As the night draws to a close, prepare to be amazed by breathtaking fireworks display that will leave you in awe.

Feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. They highly recommend bringing along picnic blankets and chairs to enhance your experience.

Please Note – this is an alcohol and smoke/vape free event. No pets allowed with the exception of medical aid dogs.
