Cultured. is a unique event celebrating the lives of those of a multicultural background in South Australia.

Go along to be immersed in a range of areas including food, talks, performances, cooking classes and purchasing from those skilled in making and creating. Held at Four Oaks Farm SA, Littlehampton in the Adelaide Hills, take in the peace and tranquillity in a country, farm life environment.

The Ozwietie Live Band will feature at the multicultural performance stage alongside other talented performers.

Event-goers can also see the farm animals on-site, sit under the shady gum trees with something to eat and rest on the lawns at the farm taking in the event vibe.  In the evening there will be a special multicultural dinner on the farm.

Activities include:

  • Hands-on drumming
  • Children’s cultural reading sessions
  • Kids tye dyeing workshops
  • Cooking demonstrations
  • Japanese paper craft
  • Spinning wheel to win prizes
  • Multicultural stallholders
  • Farm animals on site
  • Turkish delight stall
  • Talks
  • Tea tastings
  • Afghan refugee art exhibition
  • Kids passport trail
  • Women’s/girls cultural dance workshops
  • Multicultural food stalls, such as paella and gelato
  • Henna stall
  • Make your own flag activity space
  • and more

All funds raised are going to charity, Circle of Friends Australia Incorporated, and will assist with their activities such as wellness days out for refugee women in South Australia.

Activities are by donation with purchases from stallholders at an extra cost. Tye Dying workshop and African Flavours dinner require pre-booking at an extra cost.
