Flameboree | Woodhouse Adventure Park | 27 Jun 2026

Woodhouse Adventure Park is set to attempt a World Record Marshmallow Roast at its Massive Winter Campfire Festival, Flameboree.

More than 2000 people are expected to descend upon Woodhouse Adventure Park to take part in the record breaking campfire in the Adelaide Hills on Saturday 27 June 2026. Everyone, including Scouts, families and the wider community is invited to help break the world record and enjoy a full day and night of outdoor adventure, live entertainment, campfires and nostalgic winter fun.

The current World Record was set in Kansas, USA in 2012, with 1,272 people simultaneously roasting marshmallows. The Woodhouse record attempt will take place at 6.30pm, following an epic fire procession through the park at 5:30pm. Grab a flaming torch ($5 pre-purchase essential) and join the epic fire procession through Woodhouse.

Activities will also take place during the day – Woodhouse Adventure Park will open from 12pm, with families able to explore the park’s iconic attractions including Challenge Hill, Tube Slides, bouldering, mazes and more, before the event transforms into a fire-lit festival atmosphere from 2pm with live entertainment, food trucks, games and chill-out spaces.
