Inclusive Pickeball-Tennis Program

A free, fun and engaging introduction to racquet sports for all ages and abilities.

One Culture Support Services, Inclusive Clubs Australia, Pickleball SA, Tennis SA and ORSR have partnered to provide a new program for people to learn racquet sports in South Australia using Pickleball as a pathway to Tennis.

They aim to support people with disabilities through an adaptive approach that flows into mainstream sport and creates connections to the social benefits of community sports clubs.

Pickleball-Tennis Individual Outcomes:

  • Improved gross and fine motor skills
  • Enhanced personal wellbeing and self confidence
  • Increased social connections and networks
  • Improved life and work skills
  • Connection to community, clubs and recreation activities

FREE Weekly Pickleball-Tennis Programs 2022:

There will be FREE weekly Pickleball-Tennis programs in Term 1 2022 at your local club.

Register your interest here to take part. 

  • Starting 7 February 2022 – Mondays 4:30pm – 6pm @ Hope Valley Tennis Club 
  • Starting 8 February 2022 – Tuesdays 4:30pm – 6pm @ Flinders Park Tennis Club 
  • Starting 9 February 2022 – Wednesdays 4:30pm – 6pm @ Noarlunga Tennis Club 
  • Starting 10 February 2022 – Thursdays 4:30pm – 6pm @ Littlehampton Tennis Club 
  • Starting 12 February 2022 – Saturdays 10:30am – 12pm @ Salisbury Tennis Club

FREE Regional Pickleball-Tennis Events 2022:

  • Saturday 26 February 2022 | 12:30pm – 2:30pm @ Port Lincoln – Venue TBA
  • Saturday 5 March 2022 | 12:30pm – 2:30pm @ Murray Bridge – Venue TBA
  • Saturday 19 March 2022 | 12:30pm – 2:30pm @ Port Pirie – Venue TBA
  • Saturday 26 March 2022 | 12:30pm – 2:30pm @ Mount Gambier – Venue TBA
