Fringe For Kids: Adelaide Fringe 2024

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️   5 Stars – If there’s only one show you’re going to take the kids to at the Fringe, make it this one!

Review by Jo Parkinson

‘Fringe for Kids’ is a jam-packed hour showcasing a variety of the very best acts for our younger Fringe fans.

Featuring acts such as acrobatics, magic, comedy, opera and even an interactive dance party, Fringe for Kids has it all! This makes it the perfect show to see if you’re not sure what to pick and is suitable for both kids and adults, with something in it that everyone will enjoy.

Keep in mind that every show is different, as the acts vary depending on the day. Our performance included seven different acts and each one was brilliant.

Hosted by basketball trickster MC Morgan, the acts are introduced one by one, with a short introduction given about each artist.

Some of the acts we enjoyed included –

‘Drag Storytime’ with Aerial Drop and Margot Mansfield. The two performers danced and performed tricks to a powerful narrative called ‘My Shadow is Purple’ by Scott Stewart.

Mesmerising hula hoop artist, Rachel Philips.

Breathtaking aerial artist, Amelia Wratz.

Super entertaining magic and balloon twisting by Robbie Kaye.

Incredible flexibility and balancing by Eva.

An unforgettable opera performance with a song from Madame Butterfly by Izzy Hart.

And to finish off, Theatre on Toast Interactive Dance Party, complete with bubbles!

Fringe For Kids is fantastic fun for the whole family, we highly recommend it!

Presented by Wildhouse Circus, Fringe For Kids is performing until Sunday 17 March 2024 in The Octagon at Gluttony.
