General Public and School Holiday Skate Sessions at the Ice Arena Adelaide.
The Ice Arena is South Australia’s premier ice sports and recreational ice skating facility located on James Congdon Drive in Thebarton, just 5 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. They offer public skating sessions every day and there’s no need to book – simply head to the reception desk on arrival and pay for your public skate entry. They open for public skating sessions longer during school holidays.
The Ice Arena also hosts late-night sessions on Fridays and Saturdays as well as Cheap Skate Wednesdays – with DJs, music, lights, smoke and bubbles, You can keep up to date with their special events – such as themed events on some Fridays and more, by following their social pages.
The Ice Arena recognises most forms of student and concession cards and family/group packages are available. Take along your own skates for cheaper entry or hire skates at the venue.
Snow Play
The Ice Arena hosts Snow Play sessions on Sunday mornings. It’s a one hour session for children aged 12 and under to experience snow in a safe, fun filled environment all year round. Bookings are essential – READ MORE HERE
