Full day workshop facilitated by Amanda Bartram
Tinkering, in its many forms, involves playing, investigating and problem solving through deep engagement, curiosity, persistence and resilience. Worldwide, educators recognise the benefits of provoking thinking and collaboration through tinkering.
In this full-day workshop, Amanda Bartram will introduce you to tinkering as a means of engaging all learners in hands-on, investigative play, which has significant cognitive benefits and links to the Australian Curriculum and Early Years Learning Framework. This workshop is suitable for educators of both early childhood and primary age children.
Includes hands-on tinkering and making so you will gain confidence leading this learning with your children.
