Out of this world: Australia in the Space Age is a national touring exhibition developed and presented by the National Archives of Australia, in partnership with the State Library of South Australia. From cutting edge scientific research to architecture, design, television and more, explore Australia’s role in the space race. Learn about the history of Woomera Rocket Range, see how futuristic architecture influenced Australia’s Expo pavilion in 1970, and discover the story of Mr Squiggle – ‘the man from the moon’.
There is a variety of captivating public programs and events including exhibition tours, talks and family fun activities.
