The Salisbury Science Fair returns in August 2025.

The City of Salisbury and The Science Collective are teaming up to bring a day of weird and wacky science activities, shows and displays at The Salisbury Science Fair on Sunday 24 August 2025. This free community event will be held at Salisbury Community Hub Library and suitable for all ages.

There’s something for everyone with hands on activities and exciting science demonstrations across both sessions, including:

• robotics workshops
• chemistry shows
• inflatable planetarium
• virtual reality experiences
• a magic show
• wildlife experiences and more.

Take part in fun challenges and puzzles that will be sure to test your mind. If you’re a fan of Doctor Who, you can even get up close and personal with a Dalek replica!

Perfect for all ages, especially kids aged 5 to 12 years.

The Hub Café will be open for coffee and snacks and a sausage sizzle will be available thanks to Rotary. You can even borrow a book or two while you visit.

This is a free community event.
