Actually Acting’s October school holiday production is Snappy’s Happy Half-Hour.

When the disgruntled cast of Snappy’s Happy Half-Hour quits moments before a live broadcast, it’s up to the techies to save the beloved children’s television show. Unfortunately, this eclectic group includes a megalomaniacal gaffer, a Hells Angel on work release, and a clinically-depressed boom operator. Can they keep the smiles on their faces and their imaginations in gear?

Don’t count on it!

Each performance starts with a mini presentation from the youngest actors in the Actually Acting family, followed by the Youth Theatre actors presenting Snappy’s Happy Half-Hour production.

Running time approximately 50 minutes with no interval.

• Saturday 3 October 2026 | 2pm & 4pm
