SA’s Strawberry Season Launch
Romeo’s Rundle Mall will officially launch the 2020 South Australian grown strawberry season on Thursday, 12 November. Locally grown strawberries are now in great supply and tasting great.
It is set to be a fun day full of activities for everyone to get involved in to support the South Australian strawberry growers and raise vital funds for the Childhood Cancer Association. Pick A Local, Pick SA is hosting the official launch of the South Australian strawberry season.
ALL proceeds from strawberry sales on the day are being donated to The Childhood Cancer Association.
Schedule of Events:
7am – 7:30pm: Buy a punnet of SA strawberries – ALL proceeds donated to Childhood Cancer Association
11am – 2pm: SA strawberry sampling
11am – 2pm: Childhood Cancer Association donations and Meet the Mascot
12:15pm – 12:45pm: Callum Hann Cooking Demonstration
1pm – 1:15pm: Jodie V Soda Cheesecake Decorating Competition hosted by Callum Hann
1:15pm – 1:30pm: Official Opening Ceremony
