Going to concerts with your kids - it’s fun when they’re little, and fun when they’re grown up.

Olivia Dean on the first night in Melbourne. What an exquisite voice and a humble, beautiful old soul. It was wonderful to hear her talk about the inspiration behind each - why she wrote them, what they were about, or what they meant to her. She also shared some great positive messages for all the young girls and women about self love and kindness.

It was a night to remember. 💗 ...

Calling all bird spotters! 🐦👀 The Aussie Bird Count is back!

Grab the kids, head outside and spend 20 minutes seeing who you can spot – colourful parrots, cheeky magpies, noisy cockatoos or maybe a feathered visitor you haven’t seen before.

Count from your backyard, local park, the beach or anywhere you like, then submit your sightings to help BirdLife Australia learn more about the birds living around us.

🐦 19–25 October 2026

How many different birds can you spot in 20 minutes?

Find out how to register via our link in bio

💜 Adelaide’s prettiest springtime stroll?

The wisteria arbours at @botanicgardenssa shine in spring and are getting close to their purpley best.

Just comment: purple
We’ll send you all the details.

These shots were taken on Wednesday. The tunnel closest to Digger’s was a little bare, but the tunnel closest to the kiosk (where these photos were taken) was looking stunning, with cascades of purple flowers. 😍

The gardens are definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a free outing. We also spotted plenty of critters, including an eastern rosella, butterflies and a bunny. 🐰

Do you know a child (or adult!) who would love running through a wisteria tunnel? ...
