The Adelaide Sports and Fitness Expo

The Adelaide Sports and Fitness Expo, held at the Adelaide Showground on the 16th and 17th May 2015, will be an event for all. From young to old, families to fitness fanatics, health gurus and everyone in between.  Whether you are wanting to learn about weight loss, health and nutrition or would like to see displays of Crossfit, bodybuilding, strongmen, martial arts or dance, there will be a wide variety to keep everyone entertained.

As the Australian health and fitness industry continues to grow, there is no better opportunity to speak with industry professionals, enthusiasts and see what is currently trending. Sporting displays and competitions will be showcased in 5 key zones amongst various local and interstate exhibitors, providing an amazing weekend of sport, fitness and most importantly fun.

This event will be the biggest sports and fitness expo to be held in Adelaide yet and is aimed to inspire, encourage & improve the physical fitness, health, well-being & quality of life for all those who attend.
