Cinemallunga’s next family event is on Saturday, March 29th with two feature films planned. ‘Mary Poppins’ will be shown at 2.00pm – the classic and beautifully told tale of the famous nanny with magical powers. This is a fabulous G rated movie, suitable for grandparents through to grandchildren with lots of fun, dances and sing-along moments. Dress-ups are encouraged! Cinemallunga’s matinees are even proving a popular venue for memorable kids birthday parties – so why not get a group together?
Then at 7pm there’s something unique– the Willunga 175 Classic Night at the Movies. Featuring a Willunga historic newsreel, locally made Willunga Faux Klore movies and the classic Marx Bros film ‘Duck Soup’. It’ll be a step back in time so why not dress appropriately – Grouchos particularly welcome.
There will be plenty of popcorn, ice creams, tray ladies, sausages and a well stocked bar. Tickets are on sale now from Tall Poppy in Willunga, Aldinga Beach Newsagency and Raine and Horne McLaren Vale.
