With support from the City of Port Lincoln and the District Council of Mount Barker, the AKFF will be a major presence in these two regions during November. The Mount Barker Screenings are booked in at the Wallis Cinema for the 11th of November 2014 – the very first day of the festival with Youthoria Cinema in Port Lincoln hosting the last day of the festival on November 18th, 2014.
Film making workshops similar to the ones on offer last year will be available for a nominal fee for locals to ensure some of their own content is screened in their local cinemas during the festival.
Mount Barker Film Making Workshop

- Held at the Council Chambers and hosted by the Managing Director of the AKFF, Chloe Gardner and Local filmmaker Maisie Fabry

- Ages 6 – 18 years

- Held at West Coast Youth Services and hosted by the Managing Director of the AKFF, Chloe Gardner and Local Filmmaker, Mark Thomas
