As part of Nature Play Week there will be FREE park entry right across South Australia thanks to National Parks South Australia on Wednesday, 1 October 2014.Β Being the first week of the school holidays, it’s the perfect time to get outdoors and spend some quality time exploring one of our state’s amazing national parks.
You can download a free copy of the National Parks Guide which has information on more than 75 fabulous parks across our state.Β Featured parks include:
- Belair National Park
- Deep Creek Conservation Park
- Flinders Ranges National Park
- Coorong National Park
- Innes National Park
- Granite Island Recreation Park
- Flinders Chase National Park
Although South Australia’s parks and reserves (excluding Flinders Chase National Park) are free to enter on foot or by bicycle, a small number of parks require a vehicle entry fee.Β The funds contribute to the conservation, management and improvement of the parks’ visitor facilities.Β Β On Wednesday, October 1st entry will be FREE.
