The Inaugural Awesome Autumn Extravaganza
Join the City of Playford community for the Inaugural Awesome Autumn Extravaganza and discover the amazing Little Para Seed Orchard while participating in a range of fun activities.
Fun activities on the day include:
- Learn about local native plants and the animals and insects that rely on them
- Take the ‘nature play’ challenge with OPAL
- Insect Hunt
- Get advice on landscaping using local native plants
- Get your ‘hands dirty’ assisting the Playford Greening volunteers and hear about all the fantastic work they do
There will also be a free BBQ lunch (please RSVP to Jo Park on 8256 0425 or email jpark@playford.sa.gov.au).
Little Para Seed Orchard can be reached via Main North Road, park at rear of Old Spot Hotel and walk to the orchard via the creek and footbridge.
