Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club is inviting families to Come & Try Nippers!
For the upcoming 2023/24 season, Seacliff SLSC will be conducting it’s 75-minute Come & Try Nipper Program every Saturday afternoon from 21 October through to 25 November (inclusive) for keen juniors to get a taste of surf sports before committing to join.
Come & Try Program Details:
- Experienced and specialised coaching, with a dedicated team and supported by Age Group Leaders (AGLs) and Seacliff Patrol Members
- A specially designed weekly age and ability appropriate program (adjusted accordingly for weather and water conditions)
- Small participant numbers
- Equipment provision; and
- Water cover
Cost:
$25 per child (includes two consecutive Come & Try dates and should you join this amount will be discounted from your Membership Fees).
Where To Meet:
On the beach in front of the Seacliff Surf Tower (opposite the roundabout on the corner of The Esplanade and Wheatland Street) there will be the big Seacliff Nipper trailer. The ‘Come & Try Registration/Check-In’ area will be beside the trailer.
Who To Meet:
There will be a number of Seacliff SLSC Junior Committee Members and AGLs on the beach.
What To Bring:
Swimmers, Hat, Drink Bottle, Goggles, Wetsuit (optional), Smile & Positive Attitude! (should you choose to become a Member, the Club will have a ‘Starter Pack’ for sale that includes all the gear your child will need for the season ahead).
