Due to overwhelming demand, and the 75th anniversary of Oklahoma!, the show is coming back to Four Oaks Farm in October 2018. Set in the beautiful Adelaide Hills at Four Oaks Farm, Emma Knights Productions are bringing this beloved classic to life with a real windmill, a real surrey, live horses and a country fair to boot! Go and totally immerse yourselves in the unique family-friendly experience.

About Oklahoma!
Rodgers & Hammerstein’s first collaboration remains, in many ways, their most innovative, having set the standards and established the rules of musical theatre still being followed today. Set in a Western Indian territory just after the turn of the century, the high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides the colourful background against which Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a winsome farm girl, play out their love story. Although the road to true love never runs smooth, with these two headstrong romantics holding the reins, love’s journey is as bumpy as a surrey ride down a country road.
Show Information:
- Approximate running time of 2.5 hours with a 20-minute interval.
- Gates will open 30 minutes before the start of the show.
- All seating is provided and is general admission. Feel free to bring your own picnic rug.
- Bringing your own food is welcome, but please note that the organiser’s licence does not allow for BYO alcohol and so any alcohol brought will need to be surrendered at the gate.
