Adelaide Colour Frenzy | Bonython Park | 25 Oct 2026
The ultimate family friendly colour fun run/walk will be returning to Bonython Park in October.
Colour Frenzy is a colourful, family-friendly fun run where the focus is less on racing and more on getting messy and having fun along the way. Kids and adults can make their way around the course at their own pace, walking, running, skipping or jogging through colour stations, obstacles and plenty of bubbles and foam.
The event is non-competitive and suitable for a range of ages and fitness levels, so families can complete the course together at whatever pace suits them.
Foam & Bubbles
One of the highlights for kids is the foam and bubble area, where participants can make their way through clouds of bubbles and foam as part of the course.
Obstacles
There are also obstacles positioned along the route, adding another element of fun and a few extra challenges along the way.
Colour Stations
Be prepared to finish looking very different from when you started! Colour stations are located throughout the course, with participants covered in brightly coloured powder as they pass through.
Event Info
The Colour Frenzy at Bonython Park will also feature small market stalls, lots of giveaways and more!.
Starting from 8:30am, with the fun run starting at 9:30am and finishing at 11am. The event will then finish up by 12pm.
The 1.65km loop track will be marked out for everyone to follow with multiple colourful zones along the way. You can do 1, 2, or all 3 laps, it’s your choice. No timing and no pressure.
Colour Frenzy is a fun option for families who enjoy being active together – and don’t mind getting a little colourful and messy in the process.
TIP: Wear white shirts so you can have it covered in colours! Or get creative with costumes or funky outfits.
