The Islamic Society of SA brings you the Al Salam Festival for the third year running!
Every year the event gets bigger and better and this year is no exception. The festival of peace invites the Australian public to enjoy a day of entertainment, culture and education at the Veale Gardens Adelaide city from 11 am on the Saturday the 28th of January. The event wishes to promote positive perceptions of multiculturalism and the religion of Islam through a fun day of celebration and education.
There is a jam-packed program in store for guests, including a poetry slam, an art exhibition, a variety of sales stalls and of course delicious cuisine from every corner of the world. Go along to celebrate the diverse, peaceful and accepting society Australia is!
