Barossa Gourmet Weekend
With 28 events, including 13 on the Gourmet Trail, Barossa Gourmet Weekend showcases authentic regional food of provenance sourced from local producers and accompanied by quality world-class wines.
Plan for a weekend of intimate tastings, generous dining experiences, masterclasses, lingering long lunches, garden parties, platters and feasts of fresh produce.
Take the road less travelled and create your own unique Barossa experience by picking and choosing from a series of ticketed events. From generous breakfasts of sweet and savoury favourites and wine masterclasses, to comedy acts in the vines and four course Spring dinners, Barossa Gourmet Weekend is perfect for wine enthusiasts, foodies and families wanting to discover the Barossa.
The Gourmet Trail:
The Gourmet Trail will feature 13 events scattered across the region on the weekend. The events will be held at Calabria Family Wines (SAT only), Chateau Tanunda (SAT only), Gibson Wines, Gomersal Wines, Kalleske Wines, Kellermeister, Kies Family Wines, Lyndoch Hill, Murray Street Vineyards, Pindarie, The Greenock, Wolf Blass Visitor Centre (SAT only) and Whistler Wines.
To take part in the Gourmet Trail, make sure you purchase your Gourmet Trail pass from your first winery or pre-purchase online to avoid the queues.
The $10 Gourmet Trail pass includes your souvenir glass and grants access to all Gourmet Trail events (subject to capacity and opening hours).
If you can’t find a designated driver for the trails, you can also book yourself on the LinkSA bus loop. Timetabled bus loops will see you transported to the participating Gourmet Trail wineries while you enjoy the mix of wine, Spring dishes and great music. There will be multiple pick-up and drop off points through the Barossa region. Book bus tickets here.
