Barossa Polo at Château Tanunda
In a South Australian first, the sport of King’s will take to one of Australia’s most applauded wine regions, the Barossa Valley.
Barossa Polo is the next instalment in a series of regional polo events to be held at one of the most picturesque sites in the Barossa, Château Tanunda. With an exciting two-day-program, families can enjoy casual hospitality offerings in the designated family area on Saturday 4 December, with Friday’s Twilight event on 3 December an all-inclusive hospitality event for 18+ only.
Families can enjoy casual hospitality offerings in the designated family area with family friendly activities such a a giant slide and face painting, with plenty of shade and tables available for picnic goers. Picnic hampers will be available for purchase, and there will be a variety of food trucks on site across both days of the event.
Things to note about the family friendly area:
- Pitch-side viewing access and direct access to cash bars and food vendors
- Secure area with marquees for shade
- Unreserved tables and chairs for use and shade
- FREE children’s activities including face painting and bouncy castles
- $30 adults’ tickets, children under 18 FREE
South Australian Polo Association will host two games of polo featuring the best local and national talent. The reduced playing field has been created to encourage guests to engage with the match.
