Ben Hart: Live | Adelaide Fringe | Review

Ben Hart: Live – Adelaide Fringe 2023 Review.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️   Put Ben Hart: Live at the top of your Fringe ticket wish list this season!

Ben Hart is a West-End star and multi-award-winning magician who has performed for royalty, was a finalist on Britain’s Got Talent and has featured in multiple TV appearances including his own BBC series. Luckily for us here in South Australia, we can see him live at the Adelaide Fringe.

Reminiscent of a little boy at school who can’t sit still in class, Ben is thoroughly engaging, charming, captivating and extremely talented.  He is also funny!  He doesn’t miss a beat moving seamlessly from one act to the next, telling enchanting stories along the way and involving the audience throughout the full 60 minutes.

Ben starts off with his explanation of what magic is, what it means and how we should view it.  Thoughtful and thought provoking, Ben works his magic with simple props, on a simple stage yet is anything but simple.  Each illusion evokes wonder and mystery and will have you questioning your own eyes.

Ben’s show is a well rehearsed, intimate performance that will leave your jaw on the floor.  You’ll be asking yourself over and over ‘how DID he do that?’ and you’ll be telling your friends to book their tickets.

Ben’s show is rated M and is classified as family friendly – it’s the perfect magic show to take your older kids along to especially if they are fascinated by magic.  During our show a young boy aged 8 was welcomed on stage to assist with a magic trick and he handled it beautifully, much to Ben’s delight and to the delight of the entire audience!  Well done Charlie!

On that note, be aware this show calls for audience participation (especially from the front row!).

Ben Hart is performing at The Factory in The Garden of Unearthly Delights for the full Adelaide Fringe 2023 season.
