Braving the Elements Show
To celebrate 150 years of the Periodic Table as part of the International Year of the Periodic Table, join the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) SA Branch’s guest lecturer Dr Peter Wothers for an exciting and explosive journey through the elements.
This demonstration filled lecture will show you the genius of Mendeleev’s discovery from Argon to Zinc.
This is a free show, suitable for ages 7+.
Dr Peter Wothers is a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Chemistry, lecturing to the first, second and third year undergraduate students.
