Prospect Blair Athol Lions Club is thrilled to present their much loved community tradition, Carols in the Park.
EDITOR’S NOTE: With truly heavy hearts, the Lions Club has come together and made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Carols in the Park. After closely monitoring the forecast, the weather conditions pose too great a risk, and we must put the safety of our community, our vendors, our performers, our volunteers, and everyone involved first. Although we won’t be gathering for Carols this year, they would love your support more than ever at the Christmas in Prospect Fair on Saturday 6 December 2025.
Thanks to the support of City of Prospect, this magical evening will fill Prospect Memorial Gardens with festive cheer, carol performances, and all your favourite Christmas songs as the sun sets over our beautiful city. Go along with family, friends, and even your doggies for a night of community joy under the stars. Pack your chairs and picnic rugs, or grab a bite from the famous Lions BBQ sizzling all night long.
Highlights include:
- Kids’ activities
- Kids dress up as a Shepard or an angel to join the Nativity scene
- Choir & soloist performances and solo
- Pop-up Christmas market stalls
- Raffle tickets for a huge Christmas Hamper filled with local love
- And a very special visit from Santa himself!
