Travel to the South Australian Museum to hear the song of one of the world’s oldest instruments: the didjeridu.
Join world-famous didjeridu player William Barton and the Australian String Quartet for a special family concert exploring the incredible sounds and stories of the didjeridu and hear how this ancient instrument combines with the sounds of the violin, viola and cello.
Hear stories about William’s deep connection to his culture and its music and if you listen closely, you might recognise the sounds of birds and other Australian animals!
This performance is presented as part of the South Australian Museum’s season of Yidaki programs.
