Girls Who Glow | Workshops
This April, Girls Who Glow and the Sebastian Foundation are packing their bags and heading off on an epic road trip from Sydney to Adelaide to bring their fun and inspiring workshops to hundreds of young girls across the country.
Thanks to Jucy World, Girls Who Glow will host their first ever workshop in Adelaide on 28 April 2018 at the Brighton Surf Lifesaving Club. Adelaide will mark the final stop on their first ever road trip. Hosted by popular Network Ten Presenter Liv Phyland, former Saturday Disney host, Teigan Nash, and Jules Sebastian from The Sebastian Foundation, these one-day workshops will empower 13 to 18 year old girls to be their healthiest, happiest, brightest and best selves.
Having grown up in Adelaide herself, Jules Sebastian from The Sebastian Foundation, looks forward to bringing the Girls Who Glow workshop to her beautiful hometown.
“Having seen first hand what these workshops can do to help young girls who are going through a tough time, I’m so excited to be bringing the Girls who Glow workshops to Adelaide. I just wish there had been something like this around when I was growing up there,” Sebastian said.
Girls Who Glow Co-Founder, Liv Phyland says teens can expect a super-fun day, jam-packed with informative and inspiring demonstrations, fun cooking and exercise activities, amazing guest speakers, delicious food and more.
“We are so excited to bring our workshops to these cities for the first time and can’t wait to meet all the girls, have some fun and most of all help them find their inner glow. Our workshops will focus on areas including nutrition, exercise, body image, social media, healthy relationships and mental health, which we believe are key topics to explore during those challenging teenage years. We will also have experts running each session to make sure the girls are getting the best information from the best in that field”.
Joining Liv, Teigan and Jules on the road trip is a star-studded lineup of guest speakers, including motivational speaker Emma Carey, Logie nominated Actress, Marny Kennedy, Lifestyle Blogger and YouTuber, Ally Sheehan, Health, ABC ME host, Grace Koh and Fitness Advocate, Keiron Douglas… and more to be announced soon! Each speaker will share their story, knowledge and insight, encouraging the girls to embrace their inner glow.
Tickets:
Tickets are $99 each. This includes all the workshop activities, an amazing lineup of guest speakers, a delicious catered lunch and afternoon tea, and an epic take-home goodie bag.

About Girls Who Glow:
Girls who Glow is an exciting workshop for teens, empowering them to be the best, healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. This is not your ordinary workshop! It’s a fun interactive day, where participants are encouraged to make new friends, mingle with Liv and Teigs and the other guest speakers, have fun and step outside their comfort zones. Liv Phyland – Former ABC3 Host and current Presenter on the Loop, has a passion for promoting positive health and wellbeing. Having studied Psychology at Uni and then moving onto Health Coaching, Liv has a wealth of knowledge and advice. Teigan Nash – Former Saturday Disney Host and now working as a freelance Presenter. Teigan also was hit with the feel good bug and feels strongly about being true to yourself and supporting one another. Teigs has her Nutrition Certificate so is all about promoting health, not only through food but the mind as well! Liv and Teigs were inundated with messages from Teens about a lot of issues from online bullying, how to study for exams, not fitting in at school, toxic friendships, depression, anxiety, body image to name a few. So the girls decided enough was enough, they wanted to help make a change. Because after all… teenage girls deserve to have fun, be vibrant and feel fabulous in their own skin. With that… Girls who Glow was born!
