A great addition to the Brighton Oval precinct is a new playground, which opened to the public in December. 

The Gladys Mathwin Memorial Playspace is located in the centre of the precinct so it’s easily accessible from the three new community buildings. It includes colourful play equipment with landscaping and shade sails over some of the equipment. A new car park and landscaping has also been completed.
