Midsummer Buffet Dinner at IKEA Adelaide
An Evening of fun and delicious food to celebrate Swedish Midsummer.
Midsummer is Sweden’s ancient festival celebrating the summer solstice. Children and grown-ups collect seven flower species to create head wreaths and dress the midsummer pole; the centrepiece for celebrations. The afternoon is spent dancing, singing and grazing delicious Swedish food.
To celebrate, IKEA Adelaide are hosting a buffet dinner with Swedish favourites including herring, meatballs, sustainable salmon plus rubarb crumble and custard for dessert.
