POSTPONED: Free Movies Under the Stars | St Clair Oval & Point Malcolm Reserve | 26 & 27 Jan 2018

The City of Charles Sturt will be hosting two nights of FREE Movies Under the Stars this January.

Editors note: This event has been postponed due to extreme weather forecast. However, future dates will be announced soon. Stay tuned for updates.

Take the kids along to the St Clair Oval on Friday 26 January from 6.30pm for family fun, followed by a screening of the movie Sing.

On Saturday 27 January at 4pm, head to the newly redeveloped Point Malcolm Reserve in Semaphore Park for Fork on the Road followed by a screening of Beauty and the Beast.

Family Fun from 6.30pm

  • kids monster cars
  • bouncy castle
  • mobile climbing wall – closed in shoes required to participate on climbing wall

Movie screening of Sing starts approx. 8.30pm.

Sing is a feel-good movie for both kids and the adults to enjoy. Set in a city of humanoid animals, a hustling theatre impresario’s attempt to save his theatre with a singing competition becomes grander than he anticipates.

Saturday 27 January 2018 | Point Malcolm Reserve

‘Fork on the Grass’ presented by Fork on the Road from 4.00pm (gourmet food and drink trucks)

Movie screening of Beauty and the Beast starts approx. 8.30 pm.

Beauty and the Beast is a live-action re-telling of the studio’s animated classic which refashions the classic characters from the tale as old as time for a contemporary and new audience.
