The Composer is Dead.
Starring Frank Woodley with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.
Presented by Adelaide Festival Centre and Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.
By Nathaniel Stookey with text by Lemony Snicket
Uh oh, there’s dreadful news from the concert hall: the composer is dead!
Meet the orchestra, solve the mystery and have a good laugh in this engaging introduction to classical music.
Our Inspector will interrogate the entire orchestra, establishing their whereabouts at the time of the crime. Starting with the strings and working all the way to percussion, the Inspector finds sound alibis and dead ends down every sonic avenue.
Originally commissioned by the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra in 2006.
