The Little Mermaid | Something on Saturday 2015 | 8 August 2015

The Little Mermaid

By Australian Classical Youth Ballet

Presented by Adelaide Festival Centre

The mermaid Ariel lives under the sea and dreams about life on land. Her curiosity leads her on an incredible journey to the land of humans thanks to a bargain struck with the sea witch Ursula, but Ursula wants to gain control over the sea…

Featuring live narration by TV’s Brenton Whittle and Book Worm, some of Adelaide’s best young ballet dancers and a wonderful music score, come and discover how life can be better down where it’s wetter under the sea! In their 18th Something on Saturday season, the Australian Classical Youth Ballet is thrilled to present this world premiere.
