#ISO4U | Who Are You Isolating For? | 2020

#ISO4U Social Media Campaign

#ISO4U is a social media campaign created to remind Australians of why we are isolating. It encourages more social distancing so that we protect the people we love.

We know the statistics around COVID-19 but it’s not personal until it is, and that’s how this initiative came to be, to remind us of why we should keep our distance. #ISO4U is putting a face to the individuals we’re isolating for.

With Governments around Australia starting to lift restrictions, and as we look towards reconnecting as communities, there are still vulnerable and at-risk members that we need to keep safe.

#ISO4U was created as a community engagement campaign by local creative agency, NATION who, like many businesses, wanted to help in some way. Greg Knagge, CEO, said

“As a family-owned organisation, we know that nothing is more important than the ones we love. That’s why this initiative has been driven by our people who are directly impacted with vulnerable family members and friends.”

The reality is, that there will be a number of individuals who won’t be the first out of the gate as restrictions ease. These are the most vulnerable in our society and the ones who love them.

Katheryn Korczak, Head of Copy at NATION said

“We want people to share photos and stories of who they’re isolating for as it’s their innocent faces and powerful personal expressions that can encourage more social distancing. This is especially important at a time when restrictions are lifting, and the Australian public is starting to think they survived the wave. We need to do everything possible to not experience a second one”.

Every day people and celebrities are posting photos and telling their stories, and most importantly telling their friends to do the same because this isn’t over. And for many, the risk is too great to lose the grand final after the siren.

Please continue to isolate and socially distance. Although the restrictions are a little less, we value the lives of our loved ones and we want to keep the momentum going, now more than ever.

Please share your photo of who you are isolating for. Include the words- I isolate for you #iso4u @iso4u_2020 (insta) and @iso4u2020 (facebook)
