Karma’s World
Award winning actor, rapper and producer, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges launches new children’s series, Karma’s World on Netflix.
Karma’s World follows Karma, an aspiring musical artist and rapper with huge talent and ambition, and an even bigger heart. Smart, resilient, and deeply empathetic, Karma pours her soul into her writing, channelling her feelings into whip-smart rhymes with passion, courage, and her signature brand of humour.
Throughout the series, Karma, voiced by 3-time Grammy nominated singer and songwriter, Asiahn Bryant, and her tight-knit crew face the challenges of growing up while learning to express themselves and inspire others, one song at a time.
The series focuses on themes of self-expression, identity, leadership, creativity and the importance of community as ten-year-old Karma uses her music to help her family, friends and community, while learning just how much power her words can have. She doesn’t just want to share her music with the world… she wants to change the world with it.
Every episode of the animated series for children aged 6-9 years, is infused with all-new original hip-hop music by Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges.
The series is produced by 9 Story Media Group’s Oscar-nominated, Dublin-based studio Brown Bag Films and its Emmy Award-winning Creative Affairs Group as well as Karma’s World Entertainment, Chris Bridge’s production company.
Karma’s World premieres on Australian Netflix on 15 October 2021.
