Adelaide Kite Flying Festival is back in 2026 at a new location.
Pack a picnic, take a rug and head down to L J Lewis Park for an enjoyable family friendly event during the school holidays. Previous locations for this event include St Kilda Adventure Playground, Point Malcolm Reserve, and Victoria Park/Pakapakanthi.
Highlights include:
- Wide Variety of Kites & Threads to buy
- Delicious Food & Dessert trucks
- DJ Music all day
- Jumping Castles & Amusement Rides
- Merchandise Stalls
- Face Painting & Henna
- Free parking
Kites and threads will be available to purchase at the event on the day. Please note that you cannot bring your own kite from home to this event.
Entry to this event is $3 per person with children 12 and under free. Receive a free kite with each general admission ticket.
