First Adelaide Mixue Store | Opening Mar 2026

Chinese soft serve and bubble tea store, Mixue, will be opening its first store in Adelaide this March. 

The fast-food chain focuses on low-priced desserts and drinks, including its famous soft-serve ice cream in a signature waffle cone, which sells for around $2 to $2.50 and fresh lemonade priced at under $5. The rest of the menu includes sundaes and various fruit and milk teas with a selection of toppings, also at relatively affordable prices. 

Mixue is currently the world’s largest fast food chain by store count with more than 45,000 locations worldwide and stores already established in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The brand is famous for Snow King, a cheerful white snowman mascot who makes appearances on social media and Mixue merchandise. 

Mixue Adelaide is set to open in early March 2026 at 22 Moonta Street, Chinatown. Check their Instagram for special opening deals.
