Monski Mouse’s Baby Disco Dance Hall
DJ Monski Mouse brings her high-energy smash-hit parents’ and children’s dance event for under-fives back to the Spiegeltent. Heads and shoulders, knees and toes will be bopping to retro dance tracks, pop favourites and funky nursery rhymes.

Following sell out seasons at the Adelaide Fringe, DJ Monski Mouse has taken her signature Baby Disco Dance Hall to arts festivals in the UK including Edinburgh Fringe, Norfolk and Norwich Festival and a summer residency in the London Wonderground at the iconic Southbank Centre. In 2014 Adelaide’s own Monski Mouse is back to get families moving and grooving on her dance floor. Dress to impress disco style! – That means you too Mum and Dad!
This disco is specifically for little ones under 5 years old. Please note that they specify no more than 2 children per adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult, and no adults can buy tickets without bringing a child. Children under 6 months can enter free with a paying adult. Parents are encouraged not to bring children older than 5 years.

We arrived at the Spiegeltent and after a short queue containing lots of eager children and parents, we entered the disco after being greeted at the door with some 70’s Michael Jackson music playing.
There was no delay in people getting on to the dance floor. As soon as we arrived the dance floor was busy and the children were already having fun. DJ Monski Mouse cheerfully invited everyone and played music for everyone – some children’s songs with actions, some funk, soul, jazz and classics for the adults to enjoy too.
The venue set a fabulous whimsical and exciting theme with disco lights and lots of smiles. It was a wonderful atmosphere for children to have lots of fun in. My 3 year old daughter and I had a great time.
