Located in the Southern Barossa, Mount Pleasant is at the crossroads to the Adelaide Hills, the Barossa and the Murraylands. Mount Pleasant Farmers Market draws from the best of these regions to provide a diverse and expansive range of fabulous foods from independent family farms and local producers. In February 2022 the market celebrated their 10th birthday.
The Market is open Saturday mornings and offers a comprehensive selection of fresh staples including free range chicken and eggs, grass fed beef, iconic smallgoods, local wine and cheeses, essential fruits and vegetables, Spencer gulf seafood, a wide range of dairy products and artisan breads.
You will also find plenty of sweet treats too such as cakes, ice cream and biscuits. Spoil yourself with fresh flowers and the convenience of high-quality ready-made meals. Shop for traditional fermented foods, handmade relishes and preserves or bush spices as a memento of your visit.
Open Saturdays from 8am to 12pm.
