People of all ages, including kids, can celebrate National Science Week in South Australia with a fascinating range of interactive events, exhibitions, competitions.
National Science Week is Australia’s annual celebration of science and technology. Running each year in August, it features more than 1000 events around Australia, including those delivered by universities, schools, research institutions, libraries, museums and science centres.
This year, there is a mix of free and ticketed events in Adelaide and regional South Australia. Bookings are required for some workshops so take a look through the program and plan the events you would like to attend. There are plenty of family friendly events for children and teens and you can use the filter search function to find suitable events.
