The Norwood Christmas Pageant takes place in November each year and is one of the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peter’s most iconic events.
The Norwood Christmas Pageant is back in 2025 and set to ignite the Christmas spirit on The Parade, Norwood with colourful floats, music and entertainment including live bands, clowns, dancers, fairies and more. Crowds line the streets from first thing in the morning and kids are encouraged to bring their chalk and decorate the street with Christmas drawings.
The Pageant will start at Woods Street, Norwood and travel east along The Parade to Queen Street.

The Norwood Christmas Pageant is held entirely for the enjoyment of the community and is widely regarded as one of Adelaide’s most popular and authentic community pageants. The annual event attracts an audience of over 20,000 people who line the streets of Norwood to celebrate the spirit of Christmas as they watch the colourful parade of floats, performers and street entertainers go by.
