Play at the Bay returns to Holdfast Bay for the spring school holidays with a huge program of activities for kids and teens in Glenelg, Brighton, Somerton Park and across Adelaide’s coastal suburbs.

Running from Friday 25 September to Sunday 11 October 2026, the City of Holdfast Bay’s Play at the Bay School Holiday Program includes creative workshops, sport, nature activities, library events, STEAM, craft and plenty of opportunities to try something new.

Activities suit a wide range of ages, from fairy yoga and bike riding for younger children to parkour, crochet, craft, and gaming for older kids and teenagers.

Bookings are required for all sessions.
