Join family and friends for a day of fun and community spirit at the Playford Community Christmas Pageant.
Go along and see the jolly fellow in a red suit make his entrance into Playford preceded by many of the local community groups and people of Playford.
The street parade begins at 9.30am, plus there will be markets from 9am with lots of local stalls, food, activities, entertainment by local talents and a great, fun day out for the whole family.
The Playford Community Christmas Pageant is the vision of the late Don Hardy and the first pageant procession was held in 2003. This volunteer run event has seen around 50 community groups and businesses that service the Playford Council area participate in the Pageant each year since then, They want to see the event grow with the community participating and the public engaging in their local community and the wonderful groups that support it.
