Get a team together for this high-stakes curatorial adventure!
Raiders of the Lost Archives in the State Library of South Australia takes the escape room trend a step further with a richer cast of characters, a high energy challenge and the whole library as the game world.
Created and run by Fire Hazard, teams of adventurers must explore the State Library over 90 minutes, following clues, exploring areas, solving puzzles and competing with up to twenty other teams of adventurers. With different clues opening up at different times for each team there are opportunities to lay false trails, tail rival teams and compete to be the top of the leaderboard before time runs out!

Discover the secrets of the library: Crack cryptic clues, explore hidden corners and spot tiny details. React quickly when new clues open up or old ones close. And work together – you’ll need sharp minds and sharp eyes for this one.
You’ll have competition of other teams of Raiders at the same time. There are bonus points for the first team to crack each clue – and, more importantly, not everybody gets every clue at the same time. Keep an eye out. Follow each other. Lay false trails. Stay alert. With a live leaderboard on your phone, you’ll know exactly who to watch out for.
Play solo, in a pair, or in a team of up to five.
For the kids:
This is a great way to engage your kids during the school holidays! It’s a blend of theatre, physical activity in the real world, puzzles, gaming, competition and team building with their friends. Keep their bodies active and minds sharp while they’re busy playing with their friends!
Kids are very welcome (and get concession pricing)! There’ll need to be at least one adult over 18 years in each team though. For ages 13+.
