Kickstart the New Year with a wholesome and relaxing family night out as the City of Salisbury brings you Starlight Cinema, a free outdoor family movie night at Kentish Green, Para Vista on Friday 9 January 2026.

Enjoy an evening under the stars with a screening of the hilarious ‘A Minecraft Movie’, starring Jack Black, Jason Momoa, Danielle Brooks, and Emma Myers.

Take your picnic mats and blankets and get cosy! Local food trucks will be on-site with a BBQ, ice cream, and popcorn all on offer.

Enter from 7.30pm, with the movie starting at sunset. 

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst bookings aren’t essential, letting us know you’re coming helps us plan for a fantastic evening with plenty of food, drinks, and space for everyone to enjoy safely. You will not be required to present your ticket on the night, you can just come on down and settle in for a fun night ahead.
