Playground Upgrade at Solandra Reserve
Solandra Reserve at Modbury North has been upgraded and now sports an asphalt pump track for regular bikes, trikes and scooters, plus long-wheel disability trikes and wheelchairs.
It also has an inclusive sheltered sand and water play area, climbing equipment, a slide and a swing.
Solandra Reserve will also receive a new toilet, a barbecue and picnic area, and a wetland boardwalk which will be installed later in 2022.
The project was funded by Council ($350,000) and the State Government ($250,000).
