SteamRanger is sending you off into an outer space adventure. But first you have to travel on their MMOPoT (Most Modern Operating Piece of Transport) to Planet Strathalbyn for a meal and movie.
You start your journey at Cape Canaveral Launch Pad (not really Cape Canaveral – Mount Barker Station!) where you wait for their countdown to begin at 1.30pm.
Then off you go in the all steel carriages with diesel 958 up front. You’ll push through the atmosphere (Mount Barker outer areas) and onto your journey into outer space (the countryside). While you are in this outer space, they will be in radio silence (no WIFI). A quiz will be held during this time where the winners will get a prize. Arriving at your destination Planet Strathalbyn you will find that you wonāt need to use your oxygen tanks as the air on Planet Strathalbyn is breathable.
WARNING! Due to less gravity, they ask parents to hang on to their children so they donāt float away. A short walk to your Base Station SNC for the movie (SpaceBalls – Rated PG).
After the movie you will make your way back to the Planet Strathalbyn Relaunch site (remembering to hang on to your children) and board the MMOPoT back to Cape Canaveral (Mount Barker Station). On your way homeward bound you may see stars twinkling as you rocket past them at a great rate of knots and arriving at around 6.30pm.
Adults and children are invited to go along dressed up as your favourite Sci/Fi character and be in the running for a great prize.
