Let the kids get creative and apply to paint a Stobie pole in your neighbourhood.
Stobie pole art is becoming more popular in colouring our streetscapes, but to avoid it being removed and to ensure the Stobie pole is safe to paint, you will need permission from SA Power Networks before you pull out a paint brush.
SA Power Networks will be the first to admit that their electrical infrastructure, while it plays a vital role, isn’t the prettiest. That’s why, along with your local council, they will consider applications to paint a Stobie pole in your neighbourhood.
Your application will be assessed by SA Power Networks and if approved, you will receive an approval letter. This process can take 20 business days.
To apply you will need to provide:
- Your full name and contact details
- The location of the Stobie pole
- Information on what you intend to do
Let the kids get creative these school holidays and apply to paint a Stobie pole in your street.
