Taste of Africa and Iran, Adelaide Central Market
The most highly anticipated cooking demonstration of the year returns to the Adelaide Central Market Community Kitchen.
A Taste of Africa and Iran will see African ‘mamas’ including celebrated chef Dorinda Hafner share the kitchen with local Iranian women.
During the free cooking demonstration they’ll talk about their love for food as well as their personal stories about coming to Australia.
A Taste of Africa and Iran is being held as part of Refugee Week (June 17-23) and is a collaboration between the Adelaide Central Market, African Women’s Federation of South Australia, Iranian Women’s Organisation SA, the Australian Red Cross and Salt Magazine.
