Get Technical at the Technology and Maker Expo

Head along to Woodcroft Library to see Onkaparinga Libraries for the Technology and Maker Expo. Come and see the showcase of maker activities and presentations and workshops by special guests. Every station will have a hands-on activity for children and/or adults to participate in.  There will be so many fun and interesting things to see and do for the whole family.

Take part in mini workshops and demonstrations on subjects such as:

  • Interactive Robotics
  • 3D Printing and 3D Pens
  • Coding
  • Virtual and Augmented Reality
  • Stop motion animation
  • Electronics
  • Arduino
  • Makey Makey
  • Dash the Robot
  • Little Bits
  • Photo/movie booth
  • Music recording
  • Smoothie bike
  • Charging bike
  • Badge making
  • Imagination playground
  • Lego/Duplo/giant Lego
  • Giant games
  • Tinker Tables
  • Dalek
  • Minecraft, gaming and cyber safety
    and much much more!

Cost is $5 entry per family, payable on the day at the door.
There will be food available for purchase and free tea and coffee.

Warhammer Miniature Worlds (Influx Graphic Design) sessions need to be pre-booked as spaces are limited. Session times: 11am-12.30pm and 1.30-3pm.
